Referred friends must be first-time customers who haven't previously booked with us. ### Reward Issuance Referral credits are issued within 14 days after the referred friend completes their tour. Credits appear in your account dashboard and can be applied to any future booking. ### Credit Usage Referral credits never expire and can be accumulated indefinitely. Credits can be combined with other promotions unless specifically excluded. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. ### Friend Discount The 10% friend discount applies to the tour price only (excludes taxes, insurance, and optional extras). Discount is automatically applied when booking through a referral link. One-time use per customer. ### Bonus Tier Rewards Bonus rewards are calculated based on completed tours, not just bookings. Tier bonuses are awarded once the threshold is reached (e.g., 5 completed referrals). Bonuses are cumulative. ### Cancellations & Refunds If a referred friend cancels before their tour departs, referral credits are not issued. If they cancel after departure, credits are issued if they completed at least 50% of the tour. ### Program Changes Life's An Adventure reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Existing earned credits will be honored. We may suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent referral activity. ### Spam & Ethical Sharing Please share your referral link responsibly. Spamming, unsolicited mass emails, or misleading advertising is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits. ## Common Questions ### How do I track my referrals? Log into your account dashboard to see all your referrals, their booking status, and your earned credits. You'll also receive email notifications when friends book and complete tours. ### Can I refer someone who's traveled with you before? No, the program is designed for new customers only. However, past customers can join our loyalty program for different benefits on repeat bookings. ### What if my friend books a tour without using my referral link? Contact us within 48 hours of their booking with proof of your referral (email, text, etc.). We can retroactively apply the referral credit in most cases. ### Can I use my credits immediately or must I wait? Credits are available in your account 14 days after your referred friend completes their tour. Once issued, you can use them immediately on any new booking. ### Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer? No limit! Refer as many friends as you like.
