Lolita and David were incredibly generous, supportive, informative, encouraging and helpful, and are both passionate about providing the best experience for every guest. You have truly hit the jackpot with David. He was able to share lots of local information, was incredibly helpful in translating and communicating for us, ensured we were safe and supported on the trail, was engaging without being intrusive, and has an amazing capacity to quickly and easily build rapport and engage with clients of all ages and backgrounds. The choice of accommodation options was wonderful, and I felt very comfortable at every place we stayed. The hotels all offered fantastic breakfasts. Morning tea was great every day, and David and Lolita sourced a wonderful variety of food for the group. On a few occasions there was way too much food at lunchtime, and I found it a little difficult to eat dinner so late, especially on days when we had walked long distances, but that’s just the way it is in Europe. We all appreciated the bubbles at Santiago at the end of our walk. That was a lovely gesture. Thank you!
